Abstract:

In the experiments on white rats with experimental myocardial ischemia we discovered the progressive decrease of adenosine triphosphate contents, phosphocreatine in myocardium homogenate, correlating with succinate dehydrogenase, lactate dehydrogenase, aspartate aminotransferase activity. The positive correction of metabolic shifts in ischemic myocardium against a background of the administration of complex medication cytoflavin, including siccine acid, nicotinamide, inosine, riboflavin, riboflavin mononucleotide, which was developed in scientific-technological pharmaceutical company Polysan”.
